For True Election Integrity: Ban Mail-In Voting

You have been told repeatedly that mail-in balloting does not lead to fraud, and in fact may reduce fraud in that it reduces human activity in polling places.  This is a dramatic falsehood.  France banned mail-in voting in 1975 after massive fraud was discovered in Corsica, including votes cast by the dead, and living people voting multiple times.

I, of course, hold an opinion that people should get off their rear ends once every two or four years and go vote in person.  I am not heartless.  You may notice the asterisk after the title, “Ban Mail-In Voting*.”  That asterisk denotes waivers for some voter groups that come to mind, such as overseas military or those too disabled to vote at a polling station.  Ballots cast by anyone in the waivered category will be subject to extra scrutiny and validation because, well, voting is one of the most sacred rights of man and even a little fraud can impact elections in a big way.  Remember that President Trump was elected by a total of 78,000 votes between Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin in 2016.

Folks get their hair done, go to the gym, attend movies and ballgames, commute to work, cash checks at the bank, and take kids to practice, but for some reason, the media attempts to persuade voters to opt for convenience to manipulate elections.  Yes, systematic mail-in voting is a real pandemic, unlike the “pandemic” that was drummed up as fear porn to force people to accept legislatures violating law to go around voter integrity rules, and stipulating mass mail-in voting in 2020 to oust the incumbent president.

Texas Woman Convicted of 26 Counts of Voter Fraud

A former volunteer deputy registrar from southeast Texas pleaded guilty to 26 felony counts of voter fraud stemming from a 2018 local utility board election.

Monica Mendez of Port Lavaca has been convicted of “three counts of illegal voting, eight counts of election fraud, seven counts of assisting a voter to submit a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unlawful possession of a mail ballot,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office stated in a press release. Her guilty plea was entered on June 9, the Victoria Advocate reported:

“Mendez ran a vote-harvesting operation on behalf of a subsidized housing corporation in order to influence the outcome of a utility board election,” Paxton’s office said. The felonies stemmed from eight mail-in ballots, the Texas Scorecard reported

District Judge Eli Garza imposed a sentence of five years deferred adjudication probation, Paxton’s office said. In addition to probation, she was ordered to pay fines totaling $1,415 and has to complete 80 hours of community service, according to the Advocate. It is unclear if Mendez received a plea deal.

Per the outlet:

Victoria County Elections Administrator Margetta Hill said in June 2021 Mendez worked as a volunteer deputy registrar during the 2018 water board election in Bloomington.

The Texas Scorecard reported that Mendez’s voter fraud felonies were conducted to benefit ALMS, asserting that the nonprofit “wanted to oust incumbents and take control of the board in order to cut water rates for its rental properties.”

Mendez’s conviction follows a number of election fraud scandals that have made headlines as of late. This month, Breitbart News reported that a former Democrat mayor from Arizona pleaded guilty to ballot harvesting. Last month, the results from a Compton, California, city council election were reversed after the victorious candidate was hit with bribery and voter fraud charges in an extremely close race.

The case is the State of Texas v. Monica Mendez, No. 21-06-32996-A, in the 377th District Court in Victoria County, Texas.

President Trump on the J6 Committee

President Donald J. Trump:

Why isn’t the Unselect Committee of political Thugs, who have criminalized Justice to a level never seen before in our Country, going after the people who illegally SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN? Why aren’t they calling Nancy Pelosi, or the D.C. Mayor, who are IN CHARGE OF SECURITY, to ask why they turned down 10,000-20,000 National Guard Troops, or Soldiers, prior to January 6? Why won’t they discuss the massive voter fraud and irregularities that took place in the Election, the reason Jan 6 happened?

Texas GOP Decertify the 2020 Election

"We reject the certified results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States," the new Texas Republican Party platform reads.

"We strongly urge all Republicans to work to ensure election integrity and to show up to vote in November of 2022, bring your friends and family, volunteer for your local Republicans, and overwhelm any possible fraud."

According to the platform, the results in five states were affected by "substantial election fraud in key metropolitan areas," which caused the election results to show that Biden won.

The Texas GOP platform also reads that several secretaries of states committed constitutional violations when they "illegally circumvented" state legislatures.

CISA Finally Speaks Up About Dominion

7 Jun 2022

Let's talk about CISA FINALLY speaking up.

Now, [CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) has released a report regarding] Dominion [voting machines and software]. I believe that this was just to get out ahead of the Halderman Report [Dr. Alex Halderman is Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Director of the Center for Computer Security and Society at the University of Michigan] so they focused on what he wrote a report on, and he is listed as the researcher. I do not believe that any of the current vendors would be any better, and it is negligent on the part of CISA to ONLY put out a CVE [Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures] about Dominion. But, that being said, let's look at a few things they found about Dominion:
CISA claims that: "The tested version of ImageCast X [Dominion Voting Systems ImageCast X is a voting device with a touchscreen display. It can be deployed as either a ballot marking device (without tabulation capabilities), or as a Direct Recording Electronic Device (DRE) that] has a Terminal Emulator application [and terminal emulation is often used to give remote users the ability to log on and get direct access to programs on another computer] which could be leveraged by an attacker to gain elevated privileges on a device and/or install malicious code."

What the heck are they thinking that this could be leveraged by an attacker? How about this is an intentional functionality, and [the remote Dominion engineers can use the terminal emulator so] the people paying for elections to go a certain way suddenly have them go a certain way because the DOMINION ENGINEERS have access to this same terminal emulator that THEY PROGRAMMED IN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! What about the usage of this terminal emulator to elevate privileges and - oh, say - dump the votes and make a new database that has the votes that they are being paid to ensure are in place? Exactly how ridiculous is it that the software that is being used to count the votes for the leader of the free world would have "Easter Eggs" in place? 🤦🏼‍♀️
CISA claims that: The tested version of ImageCast X allows for rebooting into Android Safe Mode, which allows an attacker to directly access the operating system. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.

So, we have code in place that allows for rebooting into a different mode of operation than was tested for security by any agency or testing before the counties are sometimes even FORCED to spend taxpayer dollars on this crappy software? How many business owners are reading this? Let me know your thoughts about the idea of purchasing software to run your business only to find out that the machines could be booted into a different mode that would allow exfiltration of your company data or insertion of data that could impact your business by returning false reports?

The fact that the mitigations section does not include a link to a reliable sledgehammer salesman and some good lawsuit attorneys is a failure on the part of CISA.

NM Sec of State Spreads Election Falsehoods with so-called ‘Rumor vs. Reality’ site

On Tuesday, it was reported that far-left Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver was launching a new so-called “Rumor vs. Reality” page on the official Secretary of State website claiming to debunk falsehoods regarding elections.

Toulouse Oliver erroneously tries to falsely claim that the Dinesh D’Souza film, 2000 Mules, incorrectly describes ballot trafficking across the country. She claims, “The movie uses flawed assumptions and faulty data to try to prove its point about the 2020 election.”

She uses the false talking point that the 2020 election, which the 2000 Mules movie and multiple other data sources have debunked, “was the ‘most secure in history.”

The Democrat Secretary of State also claimed that New Mexico’s voter rolls are “clean and up-to-date,” which is also a false statement. Despite the audit of the 2020 election in Otero County proving that 40% of ballots cast in 2020 had anomalies, she claims she has faith in Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC). She claims the platform “uses information from motor vehicle departments, Social Security Administration records, and other databases to compare voters across all member states and securely shares this information with member states.”

ERIC was founded by the leftist Pew Charitable Trusts.

Another false claim Toulouse Oliver makes is that vote tabulators are not connected to the internet, despite Otero County audit findings showing that is false. Toulouse Oliver claimed, “vote tabulators are prevented by law and process from being joined to a computer network or the Internet.”

Despite her claims, all three major vote tabulator manufacturers “have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners,” according to NBC News

Toulouse Oliver claimed that election results cannot be changed, citing so-called “safeguards,” such as risk-limiting audits that do not truly audit findings from an election. Also, since each individual absentee ballot, once separated from its enclosing envelope, is undetectable as a unique ballot tied to a specific voter. Therefore there is no way to claim with such certainty, as Toulouse Oliver does, that “safeguards” keep elections from being stolen.

There are other various claims the Secretary of State makes which are blatantly false. She appears to be using the official Secretary of State’s Office website for political gain by lying about 2000 Mules and other truths proving election fraud exists — especially in the state of New Mexico.

2000 Mules - Can It Be Debunked?

JUNE 2, 2022

Although the White House is not willing to talk about the 2020 election and the numerous accusations surrounding the Democrats helping rig the results in Biden’s favor, the new film “2000 Mules” didn’t just accuse the Biden administration of stealing an election, it used cell phone data to show how it was done. Since the results were announced, former President Donald Trump has been adamant that the election was taken away from him and the American people.

While conservatives and Republicans who share this belief are often labeled conspiracy theorists, 2000 Mules debunked that accusation. And while the film has constantly been scrutinized and mocked by the mainstream media, it should be noted that the documentary helped solve a shooting using the same data.

Discussing the criticism the film has received, filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, as can be seen in the video below, admitted that not a single outlet has approached him to discuss the claims. D’Souza used Fox News as an example. He said, “So their idea seems to be not to have the conversation, but to prevent it and to do so by appealing to what are clearly these left wing fact checks on the movie fact checks that are themselves highly dubious. And so talk for a moment, if you will about why you just sort of  how they try to block you from getting to this topic and talk about the importance if you will above the movie.”

Welcoming Congressman Mo Brooks to his podcast, the Representative noted, “Well, 2000 Mules brings up a lot of troubling aspects about this last election. Let me go back to the commissioner of federal election reform for a moment, they said that the number one concern with our election system is the mailing out of ballots, because that is where there are weaknesses in the chain of custody with those ballots. We’re never really sure that the registered voter who’s supposed to vote a ballot was the person who has voted that ballot.”

As for the critics attacking the film and the evidence presented, the Republican saw it as nothing more than a targeted strategy. “When you have these mass mail outs of ballots, you don’t have that chain of custody, you don’t have that evidentiary trail and you don’t know. And so when these fact checkers ramble on with their propaganda about 2000 Mules being debunked, in a court of law, they’re debunking would not stand any kind of credibility whatsoever. The proper way to either debunk or confirm what 2000 Mules says is real simple, we need to have investigative agencies around the United States of America, in particular district attorneys and Attorney General’s looking at the data, the information, the facts, the evidence surrounding what is engaged or exposed in 2000 Mules. And then get to the bottom of whether a particular person committed a particular crime on a particular occasion.”

‘Our Elections Were Stolen’: AZ Sen. Rogers Says Ahead of Election Integrity Watchdog Group Presenting Info on Ballot Harvesting

Ahead of an election integrity watchdog group (True the Vote) presentation over ballot harvesting with Arizona lawmakers, State Senator Wendy Rogers declared “our elections were stolen”.

True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips revealed their findings and data in April  during an interview on “The Charlie Kirk Show”, showing several people stuffing ballot boxes in swing states during the 2020 election.

Filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza released a political documentary called 2000 Mules, which purports having evidence of massive voter fraud in the 2020 election in the form of digital device location tracking data. D’Souza teamed up with True The Vote.

After the 2020 presidential election, True The Vote said it purchased a trove of geolocation data obtained from electronic devices. Marketers often use that kind of data for targeted advertising, and privacy advocates have raised alarms about just how much information companies are collecting and selling, NPR reported.

True The Vote also said it used the data to track the movements of people in key swing states around the time of the 2020 election. D’Souza, Engelbrecht and Phillips claim this location-tracking data show thousands of people making suspiciously large numbers of stops at mail-in vote drop boxes in the 2020 election. They allege those individuals, the “mules”, were making multiple stops because they were actually stuffing the drop boxes with stacks of completed ballots – a practice that critics call “ballot harvesting.”

The film also features video surveillance footage of some ballot drop boxes where delivery "mules" dropped ballots they collected from Democratic offices.
