Amanda Jenkins
Greene County Treasurer Candidate

Amanda Jenkins is a proven financial professional running in the Republican primary to bring experienced, disciplined leadership to the Greene County Treasurer’s Office.

With more than 25 years of experience in investments, banking, and public finance, Amanda has managed portfolios exceeding $100 million and overseen complex budgets valued at over $300 million in both local and federal environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services and an MBA in Management from Wright State University, formal financial training that directly aligns with the responsibilities of serving as the county’s chief investment officer. She has also held a Series 7, a Ohio Real Estate License, and a Life, Health, and Annuities License.

In late 2024, Amanda was appointed by the commissioners and had the honor of serving as Interim Greene County Treasurer, during a period of transition, ensuring continuity, operational stability, and fiscal accountability. That experience reinforced her belief that the Treasurer’s office requires not only dedication, but specialized financial knowledge and steady leadership.

Amanda’s campaign is centered on three core principles: protection of taxpayer funds, strategic investment management, and transparency. As Treasurer, she will prioritize safeguarding principal while actively pursuing competitive, lawful returns under Ohio Revised Code guidelines.
Beyond earning strong returns, Amanda believes in the “multiplier effect” of smart local investment. When county funds are placed in strong Ohio-based institutions, those deposits support local lending, strengthen small businesses, and circulate dollars back into the community. Thoughtful financial management can strengthen both the county’s balance sheet and its economic vitality.

A proud resident of Beavercreek Township in Greene County, Amanda is a wife, mother, and active community member. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce and the Greene County Fish Pantry, and has supported various local civic and faith-based initiatives. Her faith and conservative values guide her commitment to integrity, discipline, and service.

Amanda Jenkins is running to ensure Greene County’s finances are managed with experience, transparency, and unwavering fiscal responsibility. She respectfully asks for your support and your vote in the May 2026 Republican primary.
