Noelle Diller doesn’t come from politics—she comes from service.

For over two decades, Noelle has been on the front lines—first as a police officer, now as a firefighter and EMT—running toward crisis while others run away. She’s a military spouse, a mother, and a leader who has built her life around one mission: making her community stronger, safer, and more resilient.

While others talk about solutions, Noelle has delivered them.

In Greene County, she serves as a Reentry Service Coordinator, working directly with justice-involved youth as they transition back into society. She doesn’t sit behind a desk—she’s in the trenches, helping young adults find jobs, build life skills, and break cycles that have held them back for years. Her work is about accountability, second chances, and real results.

At Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Noelle helped lead a first-of-its-kind upstream suicide prevention and resource navigation program for military members and their families. She didn’t just support the mission—she built it. Hundreds of families were connected to critical services because of her leadership, vision, and relentless drive to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

This is what leadership looks like.

Noelle isn’t a politician—she’s a builder. She builds programs. She builds partnerships. She builds people up and doesn’t tear them down.

As a proud Republican, Noelle believes in strong families, safe communities, and a government that works for the people—not above them. She is a Conservative Republican who believes leadership should be earned through character, service, and results—not titles or insider connections.

She will bring a new energy to the State Central Committee—one rooted in unity, transparency, and a relentless focus on the grassroots. Noelle understands that the strength of our party comes from the people on the ground, not the politics at the top.

She is not afraid to stand up when it matters.

Noelle Diller is running because she believes we need leaders who show up, speak up, and do the work. Leaders who lift others up instead of tearing them down. Leaders who don’t just talk about values—but live them every single day.

She’s already proven who she is—through service, through leadership, and when it mattered most.

Now she’s ready to fight for you.

Your vote and financial contributions continue Noelle’s service to District 10.
